The first time it happened I was very docile and didn't bitch at him until a week later, this time I'm just cold and angry.</div>

You should look up the landlord/tenant act for your state, Mental. KY's is only about 7-8 pages long, and wasn't that hard to understand. (You can thank my previous landlord for even needing to look it up myself.)</div>
