There is no thankfulness that 664 civilians died, but there is thankfulness to be had that our war in Iraq hasn't lived up to expectations and resulted in far more civilian casulties.

There isn't going to be a war without civilian casulties, it's that simple. While you are right that any civilian casulties are horrible, you ask for the impossible.</div>
