I'm going to try that this week. In fact, my work is right across the street from a grocery story so I may even get a handle of Skol and a Brita filter and try it tonight. I figure if I filter it twice a night, I'll have something on par with maybe absolute by the time the weekend rolls around. Fine with me!

It's not bad, not as good as a nice vodka like Grey Goose or anything, but not bad at all. Beats Absolut though, that stuff is nasty.

Now this is the kind of thing we should be spending governments fund on.

okay we tested it tonight. We soaked the brita filter 1st since it was a new one for 15 minutes and one pitcher of water trough it.

We bought a bottle for cheap vodka 'Savon/Albertsons' brand 750 ml for like $7. We ran it through 6 filters. We saved some from the 1st filter. We compared the 1st filter to the 6th and there was a big difference, but you honstly could tell it was cheap vodka. We may run it through 2 more times and try it chilled. Overall it seems like its worth the money, or just somethign to putts around with.

I want to know if one filter is worth one bottle, or if you can actually use the filter for a while. Otherwise, the cost of the filter offsets whatever money you save.

You have NO good taste in hard liquor! =P

Absolut is probably the best in the world.
