i just very rarely hear it said truthfully. usually people say "i'm sorry" if they mean it in that way.

Try dealing with live above the 47th, where you get mind numbing cold and dark for half of the year. Yeah I'm bitter about it, yet it makes me appreciate Spring, Summer and Fall all the more.
