I can't drink anymore due to the recent impact of a heart problem. I had viral larenghitis that jumped to my heart and ruined my life.

It's a viral infection. It will go away if treated properly, but shit like drinking poison (a good definition of alcohol) is probably not a good idea while it's healing. It's still a pretty life-threatening deal, though because of the area it happens to be in. Viral laryngitis is normally a throat ailment that causes hoarseness or to lose your voice for several days.
