<div style='font: 14pt ; text-align: left; '>Thats why you NEVER look down the barrel of ANY gun, even a toy one. And calling a potato gun that can shoot mortar-sized objects several hundred feet a toy gun is beyond me. Those devices are NOT toys.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>A random accident brought around by his own stupidity. Common sense would have saved his face. Such an incident made by a beings own failure would be natural selection, as those who are not fit will fail and be weeded out.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt arial; text-align: left; '>It's a clever joke, but it's not REALLY natural selection. Not in any meaningful way at least</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Depends if it was really chance or his own mental shortcomings. But since he didn't actually die, I guess it wouldn't be natural selection yet. :)</div>

For it to truly be natural selection, there must be some combinations of genes that made this behaviour more likely. Since errors of judgement like this aren't necessarily inherited, I doubt there is any distinct group of genes responsible.

<div style='font: 10pt verdana; text-align: left; padding: 0% 10% 0% 10%; '>If genes can be pointed to, I think the number would be too high to be passed on - that is, during sexual reproduction, the sequence/combintation that caused such systematic errors in judgement (if in fact he did make such systematic errors in judgement) are very likely to be broken up and not passed on.</div>
