Guess it's not too much yet, but 1in is a helluva lot in 10 years. I know I've been ignoring the tree-huggers for a long time, but this is proof that maybe it's a little worse than we'd all like to hope it is. The apocolypse hasn't started or anything, but it's also not natural as well.

Any thoughts?

Fuck! I own a lot of coastal property as well, but I doubt it will effect things to the point where land values won't continue to rise as fast as they are.

I've gotten the impression that Seeker is a little on the rich side. Oh well. Doesn't affect the conversation too much.
