Hundreds are now at risk of having SARS no thanks to them.
Imagine this, Singapore was implementing video camera monitoring with CISCO's aid and yet, things like this happen, imagine how bad the situation is in places like China where the government was hiding facts about how many SARS patient they have, and the area of infection from WHO.
For those wondering about the camera issue, a video camera is issue to each person on quarantine orders. The camera is by default turn off. When CISCO does a random check to see if the person is at home, the person turn on the camera and beam their image back to CISCO. Those who fail to do so will be electronic tag, and further violation will result in fines.
The current figure from WHO shows 293 deaths so far, from 4836 cases. For more information, check below.
