Are those real topographical features, or was someone at the satellite imaging company giggling hysterically while drawing a smudged Jesus over a remote area of Peru?

Yeah, it resembles a face, but I don't know where one would get Jesus from.

I'm sure somebody will proclaim it the Virgin Mary, but it's still interesting. Also interesting that it's not just a face that's among sand of similar type, but the face is the only dark sand in the whole picture. It make be a fake (in Google?!), but I'd need a secondary source to prove it.
