Wow... is the media back?

Keith Olbermann from MSNBC blasting the adminstration's handling of Katrina
Brian Williams' interview on Daily Show talking about how bad it was when he was there
Has the media finally woken up after being asleep for 10-20 years? I was getting so used to the mainstream media's constant "Yes, sir" to the administration, favoring stories on missing middle-class white women and presidential blowjobs than actual reporting, and reporting anything that pops up even if there is plenty of supporting evidence to the contrary. Has the media actually grown a backbone this time?
Hell, I was watching some thing on CNN called "Is America Prepared?", and the lady reporting it first showed a clip of one of the FEMA/HLS guys saying how surprised the nation was at the force and damage of the storm. Then she said "No, we weren't" as if she was directly arguing with the guy on the clip, and proceeds to give evidence, including the 2001 mock hurricane tests that NO did to show that even a Category 3 hurricane could do this much damage. What? Huh? Is CNN learning shit from the Daily Show? Wow, what the fuck?!! I was just floored!
I haven't see this kind of critical reporting on the TV, since, err... ever. Hell, I've been watching PBS's NOW, and it's fucking great! Actual fucking reporting! It's not like they are talking about some fucking lost bitch that didn't show up for work today. (News flash: PEOPLE ARE FUCKING MISSING EVERYWHERE AND EVERYDAY! IT'S NOT FUCKING NEWS!!!!)
