Recently, Natsumi's Think Pad has taken a dive and a purge of Windows XP and reinstall is highly likely. Unfortunately, this means that she'll lose her Japanese Keyboard spoofer which basically allowed her to toggle back and forth between Japanese and English characters. It's a pretty nifty little program but I was curious if anyone knew of a similar program and where I could get my hands on it (legal or otherwise) so I can do some surgery on her PC. Her friend Kenji was the one that put it on her PC in the first place but she hasn't been able to get a hold of him.

XP has built-in Japanese support. Install it under Regional and Language Settings from the Control Panel, and make sure the taskbar has the Language toolbar enabled. You'll need the CD...

At this point XP has support for almost every language that's written. Not necessarily good support, mind you, but it is there.
