The last picked guy, Luke, on the UFC production, "The Ultimate Fighter" had a really impressive fight in the semi-finals, up against a very tough opponent, Sammy Morgan, he pushed his way through. There was a moment where Sammy smashed Luke sending him flying off his feet, on the way down Luke actually consciously kicked Sammy and then was back on his feet and fighting. Sammy fought a hard battle, but in the end took a nap during the second round after Luke connected a brutal knee to his head, knocking him out cold. This was perhaps the best fight of the show so far. Lots of action, lots of quick thinking, and Luke, the guy who was picked last advances to the finals, and he fought his way there.

Upon waking up, Sammy actually cried, but there is no shame in losing a bout when you fought your hardest. I do believe the guy has a future ahead of him in Mixed Martial Arts. For now, Luke is the better man, the better fighter, and I do believe that he has a chance against Joe, though Joe is still the favourite to win this whole thing. The first Heavyweight final is next week, Rashad Evans vs Keith Jardine, they showed a preview of the fight, this one looks brutal. This will be Rashad's third fight on the show.

I should probably record the show and just fast-forward to the fight scenes, because I'll usually not interested in the reality show BS.

The fight is usually about half the show, and the rest of the show is often mainly about preparation for the fight, and reviews of the fight last week, and opinions on fighters. The whole "how we live" part show part usually only makes up about 5-10% of the show, and the competition usually only another 5-10% of the show.

However, several of the shows did really suck this year, the last few have been great though.

Oh man, that was a great fight. Sammy has nothing to be ashamed about. He almost had it, too. Just a few more seconds at the end of the first round and he likely would have won.

Really looking forward to see Keith fight. He looks intimidating. I also want to see Rashad get his ass kicked.

Reality show BS is usually at a minimum, especially this season. However, I must admit that though last season had a lot of drama, it made for interesting fights.

I just think it's funny how much Keith looks like the skinhead who was in charge of the prisons in American History X =P
