Aw...damn it.

It also bugs me how I'm surprised when folks like Carlin die. That's like a punch to the gut. He was one of the fresher voices on stage.

Tip of the hat to ya, George. Go tell God what you think of him in person. :'(

I knew I shoulda gone to see him last year. Now I'll never get the chance. He was definitely one of my favs.

I watched one of his HBO specials on last night... boy was he different back in 1977! I only remembered him as a crotchety cranky old man, but here he had hair and he was animated and his jokes were funny :P For some reason he reminded me of Russell Crowe, the way his hair was done. All of it was pretty damn funny; this was his most famous one (7 words you can't say, etc) and I was highly entertained

His earlier years before he was political wasn't that great. (Or maybe it was a stint in the 80's where he decided not to do anything political.)
