The game is done tongue-in-cheek, grindhouse style and the soundtrack reflects that. It's pretty well done and the few songs with lyrics are relatively funny. If you like gun-shooters, it really is a game you outta try, it was a fun romp with a great storyline (ie. funny and entertaining).

Play the game and listen to the songs while you're playin' it and they're just that much better. And man, one conversation the two main guys have at the end of the game is freakin' hilarious.
