<div style='font: 9pt "Times New Roman"; text-align: left; '>I think it was called Storm Riders, I don't remember exactly. Anyway, it was an alright movie but it's worth mentioning because of one awesome part. The one guy, named Cloud, has an ability called a palm technique. He gathers the moisture in the air into one spot and then projects it towards his target at an amazing velocity. In one scene of the movie his enemy lures him out to the desert where there's not enough moisture for Cloud to use his technique. So he rips off his left arm and uses the blood spraying from his body in his palm technique. Giving him enough time to escape. It was rather clever, although it must've hurt. :)
Oh yeah, and there's some crazy thing called a fire monkey in it. That thing is cool too.</div>
