<div style='font: ; text-align: left; '>A pretty ridiculous concept and story, but fun to watch nontheless. The idea of the gun kata, while also a bit silly, was very very cool to watch. Especially the last scene, which was worth the price of the rental alone. I don't know why people said this was a Matrix rip. It the fight scenes had an entirely different feel, and the story was way more far-fetched (IMO at least).

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>I don't see it as a Matrix clone. It was indeed worth the price of a rental.</div>

I admit Gun Kata is silly in an objective sense, but as you said, the flawless execution made it very sweet to behold on screen. And the Matrix ripoff crowd needs a kick in the nuts. Leather and sunglasses do not a Matrix ripoff make....</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Not really. It was good, not great. It's gonna go both ways, some will love it, others (like me) will think it was OK. IMO, it just wasn't deep enough (enough "depth") to be up there with the good action flicks</div>

<div style='font: 12pt Arial; text-align: left; '>Heh, it was awesome... COMPLETELY unbelievable but awesome. It's like they gave a 13 y/o boy a copy of 1984, a copy of the matrix and a whole bunch of caffeinated soda and told him to write a movie script.</div>
