  • Anyone else catch the last episodes for Clone Wars?  General Grievous...damn...It'll be interesting to see if Lucas can do half a good a job as portraying him as the cartoon did in 3 minutes....

  • Your favorite band sucks, and you have terrible taste in movies.

<div style='font: 11pt arial; text-align: left; '>Yeah, it's a shame that the new movie can't possibly hold a candle to Genndy's masterwork. Grievous is a prime example.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt "Cooper Black"; text-align: left; '>yeah, whats the deal? Is the third movie going to mimic the cartoon? Why would Lucas pre-release his own movie for free? I love Genndy's animation, simply awesome.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt verdana; text-align: left; padding: 0% 10% 0% 10%; '>I haven't seen the cartoon, but from what I know, the third movie takes place AFTER the clone wars. Or maybe the very end. So the cartoon series is filling in the actual clone wars.</div>

<div style='font: 14pt "Sans Serif"; text-align: justify; padding: 0% 15% 0% 15%; '>Yep. A lot of fans are still a bit miffed about that (me included). But for what they are, the cartoons are pretty entertaining....</div>

<div style='font: 10pt verdana; text-align: left; padding: 0% 10% 0% 10%; '>I still think it's a bad idea. The stuff covered in I & II should have just taken up I, then II and III should have been the clone wars. But on the list of things I think Lucas has done wrong, there's things I put a lot higher. (Like writing and directing them himself.)</div>

<div style='font: bold 9pt ; text-align: left; '>I definitely agree. He's not the most skilled dialogue writer I've ever seen. If they'd have had someone who could, I & II would have that much better.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt arial; text-align: left; '>Dude, Genndy's cartoons are hella better than any live-action crap Lucas might have whipped up.</div>

<div style='font: 14pt "Sans Serif"; text-align: justify; padding: 0% 15% 0% 15%; '>Well, yeah modern day Lucas wouldn't have done it justice, I'm sure of that. But it still would have been nice to see the full story on the big screen, rather than what basically is a bunch of 3 minute cartoon action sequences (regardless of how well done)....</div>

<div style='font: 10pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light", "Century Gothic"; text-align: left; '>I still don't get everybody obsession with Genndy. There are a ton of animators that would do a better job of animating it. What the hell is up with Mace's fucked up face? Bruce Timm could have done a MUCH better job.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt arial; text-align: left; '>Not to say Bruce Timm is bad at all. I like his style. But what works for the Justice League wouldn't work for Star Wars.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Yeah, not overly impressed with the weird animation either. I would have preferred it was made like that new 3D animated Spiderman. Don't care much for the show, but the animation is great</div>
