V for Vendetta mini review - 'twas good...

This was a good, though not spectacular movie. Plot-wise, in many ways it's your typical 1984-style totalitarian government keeping it's citizens on permanent lockdown stuff. The most interesting parts concern how things got to be that way and how the characters are going about changing that.

Lots of plot twists interspersed with cool special effects keep things going. The central character, V, is constantly spouting out profound stuff we only wish we could come up with. (His alliteration monologue with the letter V was especially cool).

Bottom line: thumbs up.

Yes, but now we general public folk finally got to see it. And it kicked ass.

Who listens to you? Not like you've ever met Frank Miller or anything. Douche.

I really liked it as well. Very well written, although there was a large hint of lameness in the ending, it was good enough to overcome it. The story was excellent

Yeah! If you keep going on like this, we'll think you actually go out drinking with these guys, or something.
