Well, Trey and Matt showed why they hate being compared to family guy pretty clearly with their manatee-nosing-random-idea-balls-into-a-bucket analogy. Just wrong...though pretty true too (especially early in FG's run).

And loved the Bart Simpson character. "Cowabunga motherfucker!"

I nearly did a spit take when they pulled the ol' Terrance and Phillip switcheroo.

Even with all the criticism, there was some faint praise for Family Guy (like the guy Kyle hitched a ride with). It's funny at times, but nowhere near the caliber of South Park or classic Simpsons.

I'm still scratching my head over whether the blacked out Mohammed scene was intended or if it was really censored by Comedy Central. He's in the opening credits as part of the Super Best Friends, but it's probably quick enough to go unnoticed by censors.

My favorite part of Manshoon's linked article is the president of the Catholic League referring to Trey and Matt as "little whores".

I just saw the first part of it on Youtube last night; they have since pulled it down, and I can't find the second part of it. I guess it's time to find another way to watch it.

I personally found the episode to be quite funny at parts but I REALLY need to see this second part of it.

I think deep down they really like Family Guy, but it was one of those things where they hated the competition.

I think CC really did censor the image, and to get back at them, they showed an image of Jesus shitting on the president, etc.
