I've been going through a lot of my box sets this summer now that I finally have some time. I popped in the season 3 of Futurama the other day and watched the first ep which is the one with the amazonian women and the Femputer in it. Wow did I laugh my ass of on that one, it's my fav ep so far. The chovinistic sarcasm that comes out of Bender, Zap, and Fry is absolutely hilarious and constant throughout the episode. I actually had to stop it a couple of times so I wouldn't miss parts of the episode. The show is great and this is the best one so far.

Really makes me miss old Simpsons too :-)

One of my favorite episodes, as well.

Speaking of old Simpsons, I suggest picking up Season 8 if you have the chance. IMO, this was when the series hit its peak. Afterward, the quality of the show begins to gradually decline into the state it's in now, likely because Matt Groening and David X. Cohen begin devoting more of their time to developing Futurama.

Season 6 is up next for me. I started with Season 3 because that's where I think the real good stuff beings.

My cuz is a Simpsons fanatic and he suggested that I stop at Season 8 so I have all of them up to that point. I stopped watching regularly right after Season 7 started (the "Who shot Mr. Burns" stuff) and I REALLY dislike it now as I feel that it's a shadow of it's former self as it's become a parody of itself rather than society(and, according to Kupek, I'm like that too now :-).

I'm currently going through Seinfeld (done Season 5, which was GREAT), Futurama (2/3rds through Season 3), and Married with Children (1/3 through Season 5). I can get bored of a show watching more than one season at a time, so I mix it up by watching two at a time to keep it fresh. Once I'm done those, I'm going to Simpsons and starting at the beginning. I'll likely do Firefly at the same time, but that may be put on hold as my shows will be starting up soon (Earl and Veronica Mars).

Man, that was killer. One of my favourite lines is when Kip is balking at the suggestion of dying while making snu snu and Zap turns to him and says "What are you, gay?". Man the chovinism was relentless in that episode :-)
