Snoop's Latest - The Blue Carpet Treatment

I wasn't that impressed by Rhythm & Gangsta, but Snoop's latest is way deeper, and better. At least a few tracks really explore the roots of gangsta hip-hop (where nobody had a goddamn thing) in relation to where it is now, with rappers in jets and penthouse studios.

This one's a must, I think, even if I haven't listened to half of it yet...

I'll check it out, I absolutely hated Drop it like it's hot. Though I have liked Snoop's collaboration work since.

I have loved most of Snoop Dogg's music.

I think I've heard of the man.

East Coast rapper, right? He has that song, "I'm So Totally Not As Good As Snoop Or Even Dre But That Still Doesn't Stop Me From Thinking I'm Bigger Than Jesus And Cheating On Beyonce With Rihanna"?

Yeah, I love that song. ;)

Man would never cheat on Beyonce with Rihanna...that'd be like Elvira cheating on Dracula with Herman Munster.

He'll get out again. He's good at that.

I lived down the street last year from the site of the murder that he went to jail for...might head down to visit that park again while I'm in L.A.
