I wonder if they're gonna take 10 episodes like DBZ did with Namek and the "5 minutes" Goku and Frieza fought =o

The Frieza vs. Goku episodes are the only ones I've ever seen in DBZ. And they were just shameful and ridiculous.

I understand the position they are in to make sure that they don't catch up with the manga, but this is entirely the wrong way to do it. The episodes are getting increasely annoying with each one. The amount of time expansion is insane.

Just tell it at a 1:1 ratio, or even 1:2 ratio, and if you get caught up, get some GOOD filter, like the filler arc from Bleach. There's nothing wrong with filler. It's just the Naruto filler that people bitch about. (Actually, when Bleach is doing a filler arc with standalone shit episodes, it's also really bad.)

Oh, and how long are they going to keep showing the doppleganger fight without any progress? I keep saying that they should switch to different opponents.

I have to say that I didn't feel the Bounto arc in Bleach was good at all. In fact I was barely able to watch it.

A 1:2 ratio is reasonable. That's about the pace they were going at for the first 100 eps and no complaints there.

They stretching it 'cause they know they can. They're almost mailing it in. I haven't even seen 24 or 25 yet. I may start building them up now rather than watching them weekly. The pace is killing me.

Right now, Bleach has taken a back seat to Yakitate for me. I got up to 27 but decided on focusing on Yakitate 'til I finish it (up to 32 and there's only 69) at which point I'll pick up Bleach again (and maybe give Dragonbore that honest shot). Yakitate is just flat out better for the first 25 eps than Bleach.

I'm not sure why they are worried about catching up to the manga because they got a long way to go, and if they did they can always make up some stuff that won't most likel won't be any worse than any other filler. When Prince of Tennis anime caught up to the Anime they just made up Sanada's moves so that the Sanada/Ryuma game was done in the anime before the manga. The PoT games feature characters who hasn't even showed up in the series like Yukimura and no one complained. You can get plenty of cool ideas from 2ch and various forums on what to make up stuff about, some arguably better than what actually happened.

Was it better than the "dead chef" episode (134), quite possibly the worst episode of Bleach? Or the one with the two kids? Or anything with that stupid fucking "magician"? Or any filler from Naruto?

Oh I will agree that it was better than the Naruto filler, but not much better than terrible is still terrible.

I dislike that they've taken those 3 characters from the filler and put them in the main story on occasion. Just appealing to the kiddies I suppose. =/

One Piece has filler of surprising quality.

That's because alot of One Piece's filler comes from the one-shot at the start of each manga chapter, or the games that have plots based off games that the author himself wrote.

Yeah I have been surprised by the quality of the filler in One Piece. But what will happen now I dont know, because the anime is like what, 30 chapters behind the manga? They are defidently gonna be on filler for a while, methinks.

What are some good...um...they're called "drivers", right? What's a good driver for downloading anime episodes that won't take, like, ten days.

Water 9 arc started wraping up about a month ago. All the fights are over.

I also download Kaizoku's episodes, but I am impatient, so I caught up from ADC elites and then Vegapunk.

The end of 27 was kinda shocking. "All this time Kakashi learned how to do the Mangekyo Sharingan, and Sasuke is frantic in learning how to do it. I guess he figured it out from his "72-hour" torture he received from the technique."

Took Kakashi a while to pull it out too, so it's not like he just does it like the Uhicha clan.

I liked ep 27 quite a bit, didn't feel as dragged on as the others. Also had a pretty solid (and shocking) ending (Sakura ain't the same useless waste of time she was in the regular series, is she?). But goddamn it, they need to have Diedera fight Naruto/Kakashi already.

Maybe they'll finally speed it up to normal speed again........*prays*

Well, they'll have to figure out what to do with Team Gai's fight, too.

No they don't. They're just being distracted long enough to not get into the fight. They doppelgangers could very easily disappear now that the hideout's gone and the Akatsuki is gone.

I'm actually rather happy they haven't shown anything of that fight, that was one of their main vehicles for inner-episode filler. It's already over IMO

I thought of this thread when I noticed the latest episode in Bleach is called 'the 11 seconds battle'. To be fair it was a really long 11 seconds even in the manga.

When they aren't adding pointless filler to an episode, they take these pointless two-week hiatuses. I just want to erase the episodes from my mind and start over from Naruto 1, because this shit is really getting on my nerves.
