So, I've finished all the Kaizoku Episodes.
Does anyone know another place where I can get translated (Preferably good quality) fansubs of the remaining One Piece episodes?

Unfortunately, those Gerusama collections seem to be rife with errors, because downloading 240-249 has been a major pain for my Utorrent. It always stops at freakin' 43%...

One Piece of what? Is there any significance to the title of the show at all?

The Pirate King Gold Roger, before he died, left his greatest treasure "One Piece" at the end of the Grand Line. At his execution he yelled to everyone present that if they wanted to claim it, to venture out into the seas and look for it. This basically started the Great Pirate Age in that world, whoever claims One Piece becomes the next Pirate King.
