I bet she could use her new female status to really trick and clobber some folks good, if she were in the mindset. Not that women are weak in general - I've met some fiendishly strong, naturally biologically female girls who could throw a wicked punch - but my guess is that this chick's muscle tone is still "male boxer" where people are going to be expecting "hot chick who isn't used to fighting". That's likely highly exploitable in a real fight.
