I'm not a fan of Tom Goes to the Mayor, but this new show of theirs cracks me up with some of their off-the-wall skits. It's like a regular skit show, except the ideas are totally WTF, and the camera SFX is purposely low-tech.

It's supposed to come off as a public access channel... it's hit or miss.
