I remember hearing about this woman long ago... I'm glad to hear she won and is recovering fees. Looks like she wants to get class action status to go after them hardcore for their practices.

Well, the RIAA is on the verge of collapse. EMI pulled their support, and it's only a matter of time before the others do the same thing. Nobody likes where they are going with this lawsuit bullshit.

That's awesome. I hope they get molested by a rusty 10-foot pole for that.
