Got to see it last night here in Regina, and wow, I loved it.

Bovine and whatever her name was there too (I can't remember your board name!).

Anyone else had the opportunity to see this? (I think Sine did).

They played music from Chrono Trigger and Cross. Wasn't as put together as the other themes (no in-game footage). They pretty much just played a bit of the Trigger theme and then went full into Cross (I wanted Magus theme sooo bad). Even the Maestro go in on this one, playing accoustic guitar, while Tommy was on the electric.

It was funny when Tommy announced what was coming up, and that it was the most requested game series to play the music for. All the little kids just had a "huh?" look on their faces when he mentioned the game.

I saw it in northern virginia three or even four years ago! I thought it was great, too, a must see to anyone if it swings by your town.

I haven't had the cash, but I've heard it's spectacular. I think I also remember hearing that the Black Mages - Uematsu's band - plays sometimes?

yes! Mr. Videogame pianist was there. He was the highlight of the show for me. There must have been some sort of problem with lawyers that made them not able to use any footage for any square game. They did final fantasy, Chrono Cross and Trigger, and Kingdom Hearts, but there was no game footage at all. It was either disney footage (from actual disney movies, not anything from the games) or fanart.

It was an amazing show though. I hope it comes back.

Nice to ya'll got out to see it and loved it. I absolutely adored it myself but didn't think it would be everyone's cup of tea being a symphony and all

What, you think we aren't civilized enough to enjoy a symphony? :)
