Question to people who watch the show: do the girls actually talk like that during the show or did they REALLY Valley-it-up for these outtakes?

The bloopers for House are typically really hilarious, too.

And, no, they don't actually talk like that. Although for an episode I feel like it could be awesome.

I've never watched an episode of House. The only reason I even know anything about the show is because Global airs the commercials during a lot of the shows I watch (Heroes, 24, etc).
