Yeah, it's a small, community website where you find odd, non-mainstream stuff as opposed to everyday, readily-available torrents. For instance, they have the claymation episode that Conan did in 2003 or the Bugs vs Daffy Duck Battle of the Music Video Stars special that aired back in the 80s. Someone just put up the entire Hulk Hogan's Rock 'N Wrestling collection up there recently as well. They also put up fanedits and other "extras" stuff that you don't really see anywhere else.
If all you're interested in the new episode of House, Dexter, or 30 Rock or the latest DVDRip of Gamer or New Moon, this ain't the site for you. Go to ISOHunt or DigitalHive.org. But if you like this offbeat stuff, Myspleen.cc is a pretty good site for that.
