#6 & #5 kinda terrified me when I was a little kid to the point that I didn't want to watch those movies again. It was just disturbing/random.

#3 I also found disturbing, but I THINK I was a little older when I saw it, so it wasn't so scary/disturbing.

The thing about reused sounds is pretty funny. I always knew about certain Doom sounds, but didn't even know about the Wilhelm Scream.
