Anyone else watching this? Gf and I watched it Sunday night, it was decent... definitely put you in the middle of it, and in a section of WWII that gets a lot less attention. Didn't floor me but then again it's more setting up for the next few episodes.

Yeah, I came into it with medium expectations but it definitely was a bit underwhelming in my opinion. I would have thought they would have done something similar to BoB but this just doesn't have the same feel and urgency that BoB had.

Yes. Don't even start on The Pacific. Just watch Band of Brothers. The Pacific looks like it'll be good but BoB is just classic.
