Everyone realizes that we are just emulating Chinese entertainment, right? It's fucking retarded.... take any event/person of cultural/mythological significance, put them in any situation imaginable as long as you can SOMEHOW pass it of as belonging in their time period, add super powers (a must or the formula does not congeal), and TA-DA!

On the topic of Abraham Lincoln, Daniel Day Lewis is in a Steven Spielberg biopic based on Lincoln, it's been in the works for 4 years.
