The Chinese sites don't seem to ever work when trying to imbed in message so I'll put a link here:

I've been told any semblance of this to Street Fighter is totally coincidental.

To be fair, I can't even tell who most of the characters are. I'm guessing:

Top middle - M. Bison
Middle right - Ken
Bottom right - ???
Bottom center - Ryu
Bottom left - E. Honda???
Middle left - Akuma???
female character - Chun Li, but that's because you can't have a Street Fighter manga without Chun Li, not because she looks like her.

Eric, you want to take a stab at who those guys might be? It's not out yet, so there's no answers to who those guys are yet.

Hmmm, I think all the Chinese sites must required some kind of secret piracy handshake to link to them directly. Here's a thread from Baidu which I think should work:

Looks like the picture is inverted a little.

Center guy is Ryu obviously, Ken is the blonde, Chun-Li is the chick. Hat dude it Bison. Last 3 don't immediately come to mind, but based off the SF picture the White haired dude is Blanka due to the samey wild hair style, the darker skinned fellow is Dhalsim because....well...he's black, and the really skinny white dude showing his chest is Guile, cause Guile shows his chest alittle!

Yeah it made sense after they superimposed the picture with the original Street Fighter 2, but I sure couldn't have figured out those 3 without that picture.

I was reading the history of this and it says they originally called it "Street Fighter Z" and was told that'd be a copyright violation so they settled on Hadoken Z because nobody would possibly ever associate the two together. Makes you wonder why High Score Girl got canned for copyright protection, though this is Hong Kong after all.
