I imagine this isn't officially licensed just because I can't imagine why Naruto would ever make a game that doesn't say 'Naruto' on it. But if this isn't licensed how in the world can a game like this possibly stand? I mean, it's more blatant infringement than the "Diablo 5" the Chinese were selling since "Diablo 5" actually doesn't look like it has much in comment with Diablo.
