<div style='font: ; text-align: left; '>Got Yankee Hotel Foxtrot a few weeks ago, and it's a frigging fantastic album. Has a really nice folk-rock beat to it, with nice catchable tunes which have depth to them. The mix is top notch too (don't think O'Rourke can do anything but top notch mixes), and they obviously play with a bit of skill. It's also really nice how the album can vary it's pace and the feel of the songs and the sounds throughout, each song is a different beast on its own, with no duplications whatsoever. Heck! Even if you haven't heard of Wilco, I still recommend you go and pick up this album, it's something you won't regret. (unless you are a metal-head, then I am sure you won't like the album)</div>

<div style='font: 11pt arial; text-align: left; '>They're one of those indie bands that the pretentious people at Radiohead message boards are always raving about so I doubt I could bring myself to like them</div>

<div style='font: ; text-align: left; '>I never knew that Nonesuch Records(owned by Warner Bros) was an indie label. Besides, I fail to see the Radiohead comparisions here, Radiohead sucks. ( yes they do, Thom Yorke's voice annoys the @()$*@$*@) out of me).</div>

<div style='font: 11pt arial; text-align: left; '>I don't care what label they're on. They're a fucking college radio band. And I'm not comparing them to Radiohead (I'm not even saying they're bad) I'm just saying that the same pompous pseudo-intellectuals who listen to RH listen to Wilco so they can feel artsy and different and it pisses me off.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt arial; text-align: left; '>Oh, and all of these problems aside, I'd probably like them if I heard them</div>

Man, if you want to read some anit-poser poser stuff, get a load of this:</div>

I'm generally annoyed by people completely obsessed with "what their music REALLY is" and the berating of those who they believe don't know "what their music REALLY is"

<div style='font: 11pt arial; text-align: left; '>Genres are fine and even helpful as benign categories, but when you get too preoccupied as to what band belongs where you're entering a futile battle. I'm a bit more lenient with emo fans though, because I can understand their frustration at having their previously personal and somewhat-obscure music scene all but overrun by kids in search of the new popular style.

On a related note, I think the best way to catch a "poser" is to look for the people keen on the word "poser." People who need to constantly define what type of person they are are often doing so because they aren't being themselves.</div>
