<div style='font: bold 9pt ; text-align: left; '>I bought his CD about a week ago. It's a song-based comedy CD. There's some good stuff on here. I've been laughing my ass off listening to it and most of the songs are really freaking catchy so that I have to stop myself from singing them all day at work and school. I was just curious if anyone else has heard of him. He has a website at www.stephenlynch.com.

His jokes are very dark and kind of disturbing which is why I like him.

I heard him about a month ago on 98 Rock in the morning. He was in the studio with the morning guys.

I'll give you a taste of what some of his songs are like. This one is called "For the Ladies" If it bothers you or offends you a) I don't wanna hear it and b) don't listen to him :)

I kiss you on the cheek
"goodnight, my love" I say
You turn to me and smile
"a baby's on the way"
and then you drift asleep to dream of like anew
and I lie wondering just what I should do...

I could kick you in the stomach and catch you unawares
I could swear to god you accidentally fell that flight of stairs
when I tell you I love you, I will look you in the eye
as I slowly slide the hanger up your thigh

----------------------------------

Like I said, very dark but because it's obviously in a kidding way it's ok. In real life, I'd be the exact opposite but the stupid song is so catchy.</div>

<div style='font: bold 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Yeah, that's a great one. I feel guilty because one of my best friends has a brother with downs syndrome who I also know very well. :)</div>

You think that's bad, I was at some Christian Bible session, and I asked them a question about if God says "Thou shalt not kill" in Exodus whatever, then why does he tell people to kill in so many other verses? Then the guy began reading....

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>verse after verse after verse, until the subject was changing, by about the 2nd or 3rd minute I could barely contain myself, by the fifth minute I was about to burst. Shortly after I began pinching myself under the leg. Finally after 10-12 minutes I exploded and I think I really embarassed them. Needless to say, I told the Christians that I was probably going strait to hell for that =P</div>

I doubt I'll go back. I'm a Zen Buddhist, any form of traditional religious myth is irrelivant to my own beliefs...

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>For example, in religion, bodily desires and needs are said to be caused by the Gods. In Zen Buddhism, thought, knowledge, desires, instinct, etc.. is linked to the physical body, while consciousness is linked to the soul and is independent of all thought. I actually arrived at these conclusions when I was very young in age, but didn't even know that my own conclusions were the same as Zen Buddhism until I was much older.</div>
