The Butterfly Effect was a damn good movie, it's been a while since a good picture in this vein has come along, probably not since Fight Club.

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>It's a movie that HAS to be watched twice, like Fight Club. Once for the surprise of all the unfolding events, and again for a totally different experience because you already understand what the beginning of the movie means when you watch it.</div>

I've also read a lot of good things about it too. I think it was mainly Roger Ebert's negative review that really stood out, but then again, look at the type of movies he's liked in the past: Carnasore anyone?

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>Well, I just saw the Butterfly Effect again, and it certainly is a movie that is a totally different experience the second time you watch it. The first half of it is seen with a whole different light. The first time through it seemed relatively dark, and had a depressing atmosphere about it; the second time through, you knew what all of the events meant, and it wasn't at all as dark, or depressing. The knife and picture scene were actually quite funny.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>It's Carnasore, and trust me, you don't want to know about it. In short, it was a lame attempt to buy sales off of the Jurasic Park hype,</div>
