Major Naruto changes coming up, if you're reading the manga you'll find out in 2 days, if you're watching the anime...errr I'd give it about 6 months, maybe 8.

Orochimaru will transfer to Sasuke's body in 3 years
Tsuande informs Sakura that the basic training for medical ninjas takes 3 years, but she could do it in a shorter amount of time, based on her determination.
Jiraiya & Naruto are going on a journey.
Akatsuki(Itachi's organization) will prepare and make plans to hunt down Naruto.
So either 2 results:
1-3 year time jump - Which is very likely, and I'm hoping for.
Or Naruto and Jiraiya's journey, which will be us watching training and them facing off against other ninjas.
I'm hoping for the first senario. :)</div>

They've already alluded to ALL of it in the anime and I would have expected all of it to be in the next 30 eps or so (especially after Sasuke's unexpected super-human strength in 104).
