Dead Like Me is gone, not picked up for another season. Also, Kevin Smith is heavily rumoured to be working on a Star Wars TV series, with Hamill coming back as Skywalker on a "pop up here and there" basis. Any thoughts on either?

<div style='font: 10pt Arial; text-align: left; '>History will not care less what the masses think of the new Star Wars films (and I'd hazard a guess that most find the original three films superior). If you'd like to make a wager as to which trilogy garners the greatest critical acclaim ten years from now, I'm more than willing.</div>

I've seen it again on the DVDs and it's actually really good, Ewok marketing aside. It shouldn't be lumped with the new films, IMO.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt Arial; text-align: left; '>The beginning is pretty good, but the last act is basically a dissipated rehash of the first movie with some extra stuff that doesn't add much. I understand why Harrison wanted Lucas to kill off Solo, because he (Solo) isn't given anything new to do.</div>

If I liked the new trilogy, I wouldn't want to see a tv show. Or should I just read "Any thoughts on either?" to mean "Any thoughts on either that I'll agree with?"</div>
