Just saw a docu called What The Bleep Do We Know. Excellent docu about the relationship between quantam physics, sociology, psychology, and physiology. I highly recommend it. It's available on TorrentSpy :-)

It's a very good movie, I've seen it three times (had to go with various friends) but be aware that it was put out by a cult (oddly enough) and features the cult leader prominently.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>That doesn't really surprise me, although if it is a cult film, to have all the real scientists either a part of a cult or being involved in their propoganda, if that's what it is, is surprising</div>

<div style='font: 10pt Arial; text-align: left; '>I gather that most "real scientists" consider the film's use and interpretation of quantum physics to be utterly fraudulent.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt Arial; text-align: left; '>I've read a little about Quantum Physics. This movie stretches the claims of quantum physics and dumbs it down a whole hell of a lot... It just shows you the things that would make you go, "Ooh! That's weird!" and provides no real proof.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Fraudulent? Not really. A little out there? Yes...</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Took physics for 2 years in high school and one year in uni. Also, friend of mine was a physics major. And we used to argue/discuss things like this all the time during our spares/breaks. True nerds, we were :-)</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Well, you'd have to understand fully it in order to falsify it, a much more difficult proposition which was put forth above, hence my response. If it was simply a matter of saying "this is better", then we could argue the merits of that alternative, but falsification was the proposition put forth</div>
