Bought it for the PSP and have beaten all the levels in world 1. The game is fun and addicting. The levels in the first world were all easy, so i think the point is to find all the secret areas akin to the early levels of Donkey Kong Country. The levels are colorful and neat in their layout and the Loco Roco language they sing the songs in are all pretty catchy.

It is a good game and probably a must buy for the short list of must buy games for the PSP, but i can see how people wouldnt like it, too. Anyone else get it?

I got it recently when it dropped to almost half price. It's a fun-ass game and the demo I played was great, but I haven't gotten very far into it yet. Very unique and a nice departure from other games on the system

Make sure you get the Halloween demo before it's gone. Kinda like the Christmas Nights demo, it's just a level of the game made out to be in a Halloween theme. It's pretty neat. If you can't find it anymore (check www.locoroco.com or Demonoid) let me know and we'll find a way to get it to ya. You will need to upgrade to 2.81, so if you're using an old system for "homebrew" games (*snicker*), you won't be able to play it.

The demos are in the game under the options, but i'm not sure if the Halloween one is, i'll have to look later.

I bought it used for 25 bucks. Everything is in prestine condition, couldnt even tell it was used. I usually hate buying used because the boxes are scratched or banged up, but am happy when i find a clean used copy of anything.

I wish you could set the controls to tilt the world with the arrow keys, i feel like i'm going to wear out my shoulder buttons (which are a little shaky to begin with).

The Halloween demo was released the week before Halloween as a specially themed level of the game; it did not come with the game initially. The only way you'll get it is if you download it. It's just a neat thing to have for fans of the game.

I buy, without exaggeration, 90% of my games used due to the sheer volume I buy. And I'd say at least 80% of those are pristine shape and another 10% have almost unnoticable blemishes. As long as you shop around and are a little patient, you can really save coin on used games. I pay no more than 50% on average just by waiting a few months and not taking the garbage copies. In some cases, i don't have a choice (try finding a used copy of Dance Dance Extreme 2), so it does come back a bit, but not often
