According to Thompson, Take-Two had still more help in breaking the law. The countersuit mentions a number of companies and media outlets--including the ESA, Penny Arcade, and GameSpot--as having collaborated and conspired with Take-Two to commit racketeering activities.

Dude, I think this guy deserves to inherit the name Wacko Jacko.

As Gade said at Penny Arcade, the silver lining with ol' Jacko is that at least he *looks* like he ought to be disbarred.

Why does this guy still have the money for these lawsuits? Do we, as the collective gaming community, need to suit him into poverty or what?

I know I shouldn't provide this man any more coverage, even on a forum as small as this, but I couldn't help it.

Apparently Jack Thompson has filed a formal complaint against the judge in the Anna Nicole Smith case for "conduct in the Smith case [that] violates nearly every judicial canon". Or, in other words, mishandling the case and causing a public circus, apparently.

Not that the case wasn't a public circus and judicially mishandled, but this was not necessary even a little bit, and wastes time and taxpayer money in terms of the people who have to file and report on this nonsense. Jack's not capable of realizing that, rather than shutting the circus down, he's now become one of the acts. I really wonder what is on this man's mind, sometimes.

He has powerful friends, he'll never run out of money
