The price sounds great, but that's an awful lot of work for a glorified blu-ray player. Requiring me to sign up for a credit card is not cool, that's like 100x worse than a manufacturer rebate.

It's a Sony card so you can cancel it at any time. Also, having credit cards is not bad. It is bad when you carry a balance on those cards.

I'd get one for $250 as well. I already have Valkyria Chronicles for it, but I am anticipating a price drop before FF13 comes out. So I am waiting; also hoping a smaller version comes out.
