For me, beyond the easy choice (content that is good), I think I'd pay for graphic customization that actually look good. That is, I don't really care too much if you can pay for an extra uber looking sword because everyone else can have one, but I do care if I get extra freedom to make what my character look like. Whether it's as far back as Phantasy Star Online or the recent Champion Online, that's something I'm willing to pay more for the extra freedom (though not sure about double, but I'll at least think about it).
