If it's half as good as the first, it'll be an awesome game. And I love how they're making it a direct sequel and making the obvious (and IMO, correct) move of moving the insanity into Gotham City itself. Sequels are supposed to be bigger and better and provide new avenues for gameplay improvement, right? I think we just got it.

I'll be disappointed if Joker is our final Big Bad again. I like Joker and all, but we thoroughly ruined his shit last time, and he still looks beaten up. Hopefully we get Scarecrow back again, and maybe some Mr. Freeze or TwoFace.

It looks like Joker is sick or something. My guess is that things start with him but end with someone totally different. Maybe get some Ras Al Ghul in there or something...that'd be a sweet one-one-one fight if the new game has blocking and dodging and stuff.

The Joker absolutely has to be a focal point in this game from a villain point of view. Hamill's voice acting (and the Harley Quinn girl; she was awesome) took the game from being a one of the best superhero games ever to making it the definitive superhero game against which all others will be judge. It was awesome hearing the Joker constantly berate you, yelling at his goons, and being the conniving bastard that he is.

Personally, I would love to see an alliance thing (we never saw Catwoman or Penguin or Two Face in the last one) and maybe even a "higher power" involved (Loxy makes a solid point with Ras Al Ghul) but the Joker has to be front and centre in anything they do. That doesn't mean that he has to be 90% of the villain screen time but he certain has to be deeply involved and constantly around.

I adored the Spirit of Arkham and interview tapes from the first one, thought they were a wonderful extension of the audio diary idea from Bioshock and they gave the game and Batman world that much more depth. I hope they not only include it in the next one but find a way to extend it even more, particularly now that they don't have the whole doctor interviewing patients thing as a vehicle for them.

Mr. Freeze is one of my favorite Batman villians, and his character in the Batman animated series was excellent, second only to the Joker. I personally think Joker has had his due, and they should let Mr. Freeze play a big role, with the B:TAS voice actor doing his voice.

Arnold Schwarzenegger did Mr. Freeze not too long ago! BRILLIANT ACTING.

Mr. Freeze would be awesome. IMO, they should get every single voice actor from the animated series.
