This is Microsoft, so you didn't think it would come without some sort of fee attached, did you? Likely run you $2 to vote (160 points) which is standard price for avatar shirts. Let's see if they actually broadcast how many votes were cast.
Just FYI for those who bring it up: when they say "proceeds" they really mean "net profit" which takes things like allocation of fixed costs into account (ie. Microsoft attaches a charge of, say, 40 cents for each avatar clothing item sold on XBLA to cover things like costs of running and maintaining Xbox Live; that's before their share of the profits are taken into account). It's not like they're just covering the incremental costs (ie. artists time, programmers time, etc.) to make the item for sale.
