Exactly. I'm getting fucking tired of being nickled and dimed.
MVC3 wasn't that good anyway.
lol then don't buy it.
There's enough significant differences between Marvel vs Capcom 3 and this version to justify the purchase. Same as there was enough differences between Vanilla SFIV and SSFIV to justify that one.
Arcade Edition SFIV was just DLC, because all they did was add 4 characters and balance changes, THAT worked as DLC.
For Super SFIV they added new modes, extensive gameplay changes, new online features, replays, tournament modes, etc, you can expect that kind of an upgrade from Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3.
Should it have been DLC? Maybe, if all they did was add characters and balance changes, I'd agree with that, if they're adding more then that(and they are) I totally understand making a new package.
Marvel vs Capcom 3 was its own game, it did well so Capcom is making another version, if it didn't do well they wouldn't have even bothered, and you'd have nothing to complain about because you'd be playing MvsC3 for the next 10 years with no updates.
I don't get how you can get so salty for something not being given to you for free or DLC, this isn't an MMO, you're not entitled to free updates or ANY updates for that matter after the initial purchase, you bought it for the initial package alone.
