I know there's this school of thought that says you should just offer refund for games because anyone who is going to go through the trouble to fill out a ticket to get their $40 back could've just pirated your game anyway, but I'm surprised there are people really doing it. It seems like a pretty solid idea that should cut down piracy and might even make some money off guys who would otherwise not buy your game just from the fact that people may forget about it (and if they did not they'd have pirated it anyway). I guess it'd suck if your game totally sucks and everyone refunded it a week after it's out but you're probably totally screwed in that case anyway and it's hard to hide stuff like that in the Internet age (see Final Fantasy XIV).
