Anyone still playing FFXI?
- Because playing them is not enough, we have to bitch about them daily, too. We had a Gameplay forum, but it got replaced by GameFAQs.
I *wish* I could still play it. I spoke with Square about getting my character back (they delete it after 3 month of inactivity). Not only is my Character gone forever, apparantly I can't even use FFXI game I have now. The account has been permanently closed, not JUST the character. They said I have to go out and buy the game again if I want to play again. So a big *FUCK YOU* to Square :p
WoW has a hefty update time before it'll run too. It's not unheard of. But the weird thing with FF11 is if I remember correctly you got to download the PlayOnline upgrade and whatnot even if you get the game + expansion pack. You'd think the expansion pack ought to contain patches for everything before it.
