When you purchase all of the summer of arcade titles (splosion man, MvC2, Turtles, and Shadow complex) you get 800 points for free when it's all said and done. This means that if I purchase Turtles in time, since I'm going to get all of the other games, I get it (essentially) for free.
Anyways, that's just the epiphany that I just had, so I thought if any of you were going to avoid this title, but grab all the others, this might change your mind.
Whatever lets you sleep at night man... 800 points could give you a lot more than "the crappiest summer of arcade title". You could pick up a Fallout 3 DLC for that
Microsoft gives you 800 points, but only after you get all of the summer of arcade titles. In order for me to do that, I must get the turtles in time. If I do not, I don't get the free 800 points.
EDITED (with exciting new content below!)
To the point of the calibre of Turtles in Time vs. the other Summer of Arcade titles, I am merely suggesting that the other games are more exciting original IPs or better games to begin with (MvC2). Turtles in Time is not a bad game, but there is already Arcadian Warriors and Castle Crashers if you want a solid and robust beat-em-up experience. Turtles in time offers little in the way of modes and an extremely short jaunt of a campaign. The other titles at least have potentially longer playtime or replayability.
